Baptism

Making a public declaration of your faith in Christ.

Made New

Baptism is a powerful declaration that in Christ, you are made new. The Bible says, “If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Corinthians 5:17). When you are baptised, you publicly show that your old life… your sin, shame, past… is buried with Christ, and you rise to live a new life in Him (Romans 6:4).

Why Baptism?

Baptism is an act of obedience that releases God’s power in your life. Jesus was baptised in water and the Holy Spirit came upon Him (Matthew 3:16), showing us a pattern of how to follow Him. The water matters because it marks the burial of your old life and the rising into a Spirit-empowered new life in Christ (Romans 6:4). Baptism is where faith goes public… it’s a defining moment where you declare, “I belong to Jesus.”
