We Get to Give

It’s all about Generosity

We believe generosity is our privilege. “We Get To Give” means everything we have… our time, talents, and resources…. is a gift from God, entrusted to us to bless others. Giving isn’t an obligation; it’s an opportunity to reflect God’s heart and make a difference in the world around us. When we give with joy, we break the grip of selfishness and open the door to God’s abundance. Whether it’s encouraging someone, serving on a team, or sowing financially, every act of generosity grows God’s Kingdom. We don’t give to get… we give because He gave first.

Every Hello Matters

It’s all about being Welcoming

A simple greeting has the power to make someone feel seen, valued and at home. Welcoming is more than a handshake or a smile… it’s creating an environment where people can belong before they believe. Each hello is an invitation into community and a reflection of God’s love that meets people right where they are. We want every person to know they matter to God and to us. From the car park to the coffee area to the service, every interaction is an opportunity to show Christ’s heart of welcome.

Your best possible, today

It’s all about Excellence

We believe excellence honours God and inspires people. “Your Best Possible, Today” reminds us that perfection isn’t the goal… faithfulness is. Each day we bring our best effort – whether in worship, serving, or everyday life – as an act of worship to the One who gave His best for us. Excellence is about attitude as much as ability, choosing to prepare well, work wholeheartedly and keep growing. We may not always get everything right, but we can give our best possible today. When we do, we create an environment where God’s presence is honoured and people are lifted.

Landing the Impossible

It’s all about being faith-filled

We believe God calls us to live by faith, not just by sight. “Landing the Impossible” is about trusting that with Him, nothing is beyond reach. Being faith-filled means we dream bigger than our own strength, pray bold prayers, and step out even when the outcome isn’t certain. We don’t shrink back when challenges come… we lean in, believing God can do more than we could ever imagine. Every story of faith builds courage for the next step. Together, we choose to live expectantly – knowing that when we bring our faith, God brings the impossible.

We’re working on it

It’s all about authenticity

We value honesty and realness. “We’re Working On It” means we don’t pretend to have it all together… we choose authenticity over appearance. Life and faith are a journey, and we’re committed to walking it openly, with humility and grace. Being authentic means admitting mistakes, celebrating progress, and relying on God’s transforming power day by day. It’s about creating a safe place where people can be themselves and know they are loved as they grow. We’re not perfect – but we’re pursuing Jesus wholeheartedly, trusting that He is faithfully working in and through us.

More windows than walls

It’s all about integrity

we believe integrity builds trust and opens doors. “More Windows Than Walls” means living with transparency… letting people see the same character in private as in public. Integrity isn’t about image, it’s about alignment – our words, actions and motives reflecting Christ consistently. Some walls are necessary, especially around safeguarding and protecting your data, but windows invite others to look in and see the light of Jesus shining through us. When we choose honesty, accountability and openness, we create a culture where trust can grow and God’s work is visible. Integrity keeps us grounded, authentic and credible as we live out our faith.

Let’s go

It’s all about mission

We believe the gospel is too good to keep to ourselves. “Let’s Go” is our call to mission – stepping out with courage to share Jesus in our world. Mission isn’t just for a few, it’s for all of us… in our workplaces, neighbourhoods and nations. We go because Jesus first came to us, carrying hope, love and new life. Saying “let’s go” means we’re ready to serve, ready to love, and ready to make a difference wherever God places us. Together, we live on mission so more people can encounter the life-changing message of Jesus.

I’m in

It’s all about ownership

It’s about more than showing up… It’s about fully engaging with God’s mission and making it personal. Ownership means moving from spectator to participant, from consumer to contributor. When we say “I’m in,” we take responsibility for our part in building God’s house – bringing our gifts, our prayers and our energy to see lives changed. It’s standing with one another in unity, carrying the vision together, and celebrating every step forward. Saying “I’m in” creates a culture of commitment where everyone belongs and everyone builds.
